Owner's Representative & Construction Management
Our team has an extensive track record working as owner's representatives to oversee extensive capital upgrades, tenant improvement work, asset overhaul and repositioning, and other associated construction and building infrastructure projects. We work closely with our owners to represent their interests, guide them through decisions, carefully watch the bottom line, and deliver a successful project. Receivership
We are experienced in serving as a court-appointed receiver for commercial property. Our role has been to immediately identify the critical elements of a financially crippled property and address them as quickly as possible within the economic realities of the operation. Often a property has suffered from extended deferred maintenance as a result of efforts to pay creditors. This deferral can have a significant impact on the value of the asset and negatively impact efforts to turn the project around. We have extensive experience in working with the legal teams of both the lender and the debtor and in providing the court with timely reporting so that all parties are aware of the critical issues associated with the property.
